Oktoberfest in Eutin

Yesterday afternoon and evening, we spent time in Eutin, which is north of Lubeck.  We first went to a castle.  We were not allowed to take photos inside the castle, but here is the outside of the building.  There is a moat around the castle.   The Castle of Eutin is a medieval episcopal castle.  The rooms have furniture from the times of the last Baroque, Regency, and Classicism.  Go to this link for more information about the castle:  http://www.baltic-castles.org/portal/members/?id=27.

After touring the castle, we went into the town, which is also called the "town of roses".  There were some small shops and restaurants.  After some shopping, we met at a restaurant called the Brauhuas Eutin.  They were celebrating Oktoberfest.  We had some nice food - sausages, kraut, etc, and enjoyed the music.
